Our Team
Founder, Zane Holscher, grew up on a farm in western Nebraska, earned his undergraduate degree from the U.S. Air Force Academy and his Master's Degree from Air University. Zane has spent the past 17 years organizing complex operations and personnel relocations throughout the globe with the United States Air Force. Over the past 12 years, as Zane has served in the Air Force, he has also organized running events from 5Ks to ultra runs which occured over 6 days, raising over $580,000 for charity. Zane has traveled all over the world with the military, and for pleasure, running in some of the most amazing (and least amazing) places on the globe. As a military pilot, Zane knows how important attention to details is to other race directors and runners. Zane has been chosen as the USA Track & Field Assistant Team Leader for the US 24hr Running Team at the 2017 & 2019 World Championships, is an RRCA Certified Race Director and has been featured in Runner's World and Run Haven. This company combines his passion for running, event management, and race timing along with his extensive international logistics experience and his great running friends to bring you one-of-a-kind experiences.

Partner, Mindy Whalen Holscher, has over ten years of professional experience in both federal agencies and corporations. Mindy's background includes an emphasis in project management and operational logistics, and she holds a BS in Communications from Indiana State University, as well as a MEd from Clemson University in Higher Education Administration. Mindy, while athletic, has never been an avid runner and confirmed this further when she trained for and completed her first triathlon in 2010. That initial experience exposed her to a world of endurance sports and the athletes who train passionately and tirelessly to reach their goals – which inspired her to be a part of it. In 2013, she found herself in Steenburgen, Netherlands crewing for Team U.S.A. during the 24-Hour World Championships. Since then, Mindy has continued her involvement in supporting races and runners all over the globe and completed two 50 mile races in 2017! Utilizing her background in managing large-scale projects and logistics, along with her unwavering commitment for customer service and support, Mindy is dedicated to providing the experience of a lifetime.
